Application

Apply a few drops to the part of the body to be cared for at least twice a day and massage them in with noticeable but painless pressure. We recommend the following quantities for an optimal dosage:

For the targeted treatment of scars: Small scar: 1-2 drops. Large scar: 2-6 drops.

To prevent stretch marks: Belly (pregnancy): 5-8 drops. Upper arm (bodybuilding): 3-6 drops. Thigh / hip: 4-6 drops

For use as a face oil: Dry to very dry, mature skin: Apply 3-5 drops of the care oil under the usual face cream and massage in (morning and evening). Oily to normal skin: apply 2-4 drops over the face cream and massage in (only in the evening)
