Orders
All orders placed by 12pm AESTÂ Monday to Friday will be processed upon customer payment on the same day and will be dispatched the next day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
JUST Australia reserves the right to cancel, suspend or vary any incomplete order that has already been accepted by JUST Australia if the Customer defaults under these terms and conditions. Such suspension, cancellation and variation shall be without any notice and liability to the Customer.
JUST Australia is not responsible to the Customer for a breach of its obligation to supply JUST Australia products pursuant to an accepted order, or for any delay in delivery, if the failure to supply or the delay in delivery, is caused by matters beyond the reasonable control of JUST Australia (including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, war or other hostility, national or international disaster, fire, explosion, power failure, equipment failure, strike or lockout, inability to obtain necessary supplies and any other force majeure occurrence).
Return Policy
Just Australia accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (unopened) or store credit. Returns require prior authorisation by contacting customer service at info@swissjust.com.au. The return address for Australian & NZ orders is PO Box 790, Aspley, QLD 4034
Return Guidelines:
- 30 Days (Unopened/Marketable):Â 100% store credit or refund.
- 30 Days (Opened):Â 100% store credit.
- After 30 Days:Â Items are non-refundable.
- Authorisation:Â Returns must be authorised by customer support; unauthorised returns will not be refunded.
- Shipping Costs:Â Return shipping is paid for by the Customer.
JUST Australia warrants that any Product/Packaging sold by us will be free from defects. This warranty does not apply where in the JUST Australia opinion a defect has been caused by careless or improper handling. To make any claim in accordance with this clause the Customer must: immediately upon becoming aware of circumstances or within 48 hours of receiving JUST products, giving rise to a claim under this clause and notify JUST Australia in writing setting out full particulars of the claim.
If you receive a package that has been opened or damaged, you must save the original box or anything that has been damaged. Please inform JUST Australia immediately of the damaged goods. Do not send the products back without informing JUST Australia, as all returns without authorisation will not be accepted.
